Notice Inviting Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Empanelment of Manufactures for SUPPLYING, INSTALLING, COMMISSIONING, TESTING, OPERATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO-DIRECTIONAL AUTOMATIC FOOD GRAIN ANALYZER FOR QUALITY ASSAYING OF FOOD GRAINS in Various APMCs of Madhya Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board (MPSAMB) is a state government owned Authority regulating and developing agricultural marketing in the state. MPSAMB intends to empanel experienced and resourceful Manufacturer for Supplying, Installing, Commissioning, Testing, Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Two-directional Automatic Food Grain Analyzer for Quality Assaying of Food Grains in Various APMCs of the State. The empaneled manufacturer has to work for MP State Agricultural Marketing Board.
Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board invites a Request for Qualification for empanelment of manufacturers to indicate their interest in providing these services. The manufacturer have to provide information in the attached format with all the supporting documents for all the credentials claimed.
Empanelment will be done on the basis of experience, available human resources and financial capacity in the related field. The empanelment will be valid for two years from the date of empanelment.
Only empaneled Manufacturer will be eligible to submit financial bids/proposals separately whenever required by the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board or Divisional offices for Supplying, Installing, Commissioning, Testing, Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Two-Directional Automatic Food Grain Analyzer for Quality Assaying of Food Grains.
Online offers are invited for the above-mentioned work (Tender Number : 2025_MPSAM_448339) through Madhya Pradesh e-tender portal https://mptenders.gov.in/ on or before date 24.09.2025 upto 5:00 PM
The Manufacturer intending to participate in the offer are required to deposit the empanelment fee of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) through a demand draft in the name of the Account Officer, Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board, Bhopal. This fee is not refundable. Applications without a fee will not be entertained.
